On February 26, in connection with the 33rd anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide, the staff of the Seaside Boulevard Administration visited the memorial dedicated to the victims of this tragic event.
They laid flower bouquets at the monument and honored the sacred memory of the victims with deep respect and reverence.
